  • Instant status update

    If one of the monitored services differentiates or stops working altogether, you will get an instant notification via email or SMS. Before sending the notification, we will double check the error to avoid bothering you for no reason.

  • Find out the cause of the error

    After having been informed about the error, you will have the time to check the parameters that led to it. For example, you may want to check if your subscription has expired, contact your provider for any malfunctions in their servers or network interruptions, etc. In order to facilitate you, we give you the possibility to conduct a network inspection to quickly determine whether the error is due to the provider, you or a general problem of the international network to which the provider is connected. Commands such as traceroute can show you any network interruptions, while with Ping you can check whether the web server of your provider responds or not.

How does it work?

Μπορείς να χρησιμοποιήσεις την υπηρεσία για να ελέγξεις απλά website, ειδικές σελίδες που για την προσπέλασή τους χρειάζεται όνομα χρήστη και κωδικό, FTP servers, Εmail , Mysql Database και κάθε άλλο service που είναι προσπελάσιμο από το Internet. Οι ιδιόκτητοι Test Servers μας ελέγχουν τα Websites ή τις υπηρεσίες που έχουν επιλεχθεί κι επιβλέπουν την κατάστασή τους. Με την εμφάνιση ενός προβλήματος αυτομάτως το κέντρο ενημέρωσης του Easy.gr λαμβάνει το πρώτο σήμα. Για να διασφαλιστεί ότι δεν είναι λανθασμένο σήμα ή τυχαίο συμβάν αμέσως ένας άλλος Test Server αναλαμβάνει να επιβεβαιώσει το σήμα λάθους. Κι ο δεύτερος έλεγχος επιβεβαιώνει ότι πραγματικά η ιστοσελίδα δεν είναι προσβάσιμη ή η υπηρεσία είναι εκτός λειτουργίας. Το Easy.gr στέλνει αμέσως ενημέρωση με SMS ή Email στο χρήστη με το τι ακριβώς συμβαίνει.

Our privately owned test servers check the selected websites or servicesand monitor their condition.

When a problem occurs, the information center of easy.gr automatically receives the first signal.

In order to secure that this is not an erroneous signal or a random occurrence, another test server is called to confirm it.

The second inspection will confirm if indeed the website is not accessible or if it is out of service.

Easy.gr sends an instant notification via email or SMS about the system’s status.

  • Check your website’s function

    Easy.gr has servers in 5 datacenters throughout the world, dedicated to monitor the websites’ function. This way, we can monitor each case at least twice, in order to ensure that the problem does not only concern one particular network, but the website itself and the server of the provider that offers the web hosting service. This means that when a problem occurs, another one of our servers, in another network and in a different datacenter will double check it. The additional inspection will take place to make sure that you won’t receive a wrong message that will upset you for no reason. The default services of your website checked through our agency are the following:

    POP3Ελέγχει την σύνδεση με τον διακομιστή POP3 για να βεβαιώσει πως μπορείτε να λάβετε την αλληλογραφία σας μέσω Outlook, Webmail κλπ.
    IMAPΕλέγχει την σύνδεση με τον διακομιστή IMAP για να βεβαιώσει πως μπορείτε να λάβετε την αλληλογραφία σας μέσω Outlook, Webmail κλπ.
    HTTP (με ειδικές προδιαγραφές)Ελέγχει τη δυνατότητα παραλαβής ενός αρχείου XML μέσω του Web Server που περιέχει προσαρμοσμένα δεδομένα ώστε να βεβαιώσει την ορθή λειτουργίας ειδικών εφαρμογών και ειδικών υπηρεσιών που έχουν ζητηθεί από τον πελάτη.

  • Notification

    If an interruption is detected in any of the monitored services, you will receive an instant notification via email or SMS. Depending on the severity and frequency of the notifications, you may change the settings and receive them after a specified period of time. If, for example, you want to receive notifications only if there is an interruption of more than 10 minutes, then this would prevent us from sending a notification for an automatic restart that usually lasts for 5 minutes.

  • Error analysis

    After receiving an error report from easy.gr, you should seek for the reasons that caused it. Easy.gr will give you the opportunity to use some basic tools, such as traceroute, to inspect the course of your signal from your PC to your website with function and speed indications of all the intermediate nodes.
